While this change is outside our control, we want to help you register your company at the current £50 rate before the deadline. For a detailed breakdown of why these changes are happening and how they might affect you, you can read our full guide on the 2026 fee increases.
How to Secure the Current £50 Fee
To lock in the £50 fee, your application must be fully completed, verified, and successfully submitted before 1 February.
We strongly encourage you to begin the process as early as possible. Common issues such as incomplete application details, identity verification delays, or rejected submissions can delay a timely filing. Starting now gives you the best chance to resolve any problems without facing the higher fee.
What Happens if Your Application Misses the Deadline?
Any company not incorporated before 1 February will be subject to the new £100 fee. If this happens, we will contact you with two straightforward options:
- Pay the additional £50 to proceed with the incorporation.
- Request a full refund if you do not wish to continue.
Our team is here to help you get your application submitted smoothly and on time. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
I would like to inform you that I have not received any email notifying me that if I had not submitted my information before April 29th, 2024, I would be obliged to pay an additional 40 pounds.
Regards,
Amina
