Important Information
The company filing service renews at £88.00 ex VAT per year (which is heavily discounted when compared to purchasing all the services individually). Full notice will be given prior to the renewal date. You can give notice to cancel anytime up to the date of renewal.
Companies House will charge a fee for the submission of a confirmation statement and you will be required to pay this fee as this charge is not included. The latest fee can be located on the Companies House website.
