Identity Verification Is Now the Law. We Handle It at the Point of Filing, Not After
Since 18 November 2025, identity verification requirements introduced under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 apply to new company directors. Each new director must verify their identity and provide their Companies House personal code as part of the incorporation filing.
Directors who register directly through Companies House must arrange and complete their identity verification themselves before submitting the incorporation application. They must then provide their Companies House personal code as part of the filing.

Identity verification for up to four officers is included at no extra cost with every company formation package, and we handle the checks alongside your formation before the application is submitted.
